Damaged and/or Faulty Items
We always ensure our goods are of the highest quality and we are confident that all items purchased from us are in perfect order. In the rare occurrence that you receive a damaged or faulty item please contact us immediately via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) and we will provide a refund, store credit or an exchange (if we have a replacement in stock) once we have received the returned item. Please note products must be returned to us within 14 days of the original shipping date and must be returned in the same condition as received with all labels, etc.
We make every effort to make sure our product descriptions are as detailed as possible. If you have a question about any product then please feel free to contact us email@example.com prior to making your purchase – we are always happy to help.
We are unable to offer refunds on items that are not damaged or faulty. If you have ordered the wrong size we are happy to exchange sizes provided we have one available in stock. You must notify firstname.lastname@example.org of your intention to exchange/return within 14 days and goods must be sent back to us via a traceable method. Returns must be sent back in original condition, with tags attached and be unworn/unused. A store credit (of the original purchase price, not including shipping costs) will be issued if we cannot offer a size exchange. The cost of shipping the returned item is the responsibility of the buyer.
